We welcome you our inaugural art show in our newly built Nexus Gallery at Habitable Spaces in Kingsbury, TX. The gallery was completed with a grant from the Texas Commission on the Arts, and its first show will feature nine artists from a 30 mile radius around Kingsbury, TX. We have chosen artists from the talented pool in Kingsbury, Lockhart, San Marcos, Luling and Seguin and would love for you to come and enjoy the show. We will have four events during the run of the show, including a gala opening on Saturday, November 29th with light bites from our farm to table kitchen, and cocktails made with a generous sponsorship by Titos Vodka. We will be raffling off a bottle of whiskey from Johnny Pickles in Seguin, and an art crate from Kingsbury Museum Crating during the opening, so be sure to secure your chance to win!
The run of the show includes three full moon dinner events on December 4th, January 3rd and the closing dinner reception on February 1st. These are farm to table dinners featuring local food, with casual artist talks in the gallery space after the dinner. For all of these events, we will be serving cocktails and a la carte meals so you can come and enjoy dinner, or just a drink and light bite while you look at the artwork.
