FARMER'S COCKTAIL HOUR

This month, we will start the evening off with a farmer's cocktail hour. We know you all have farming questions, and so we have decided to feature a few different folks each month who will talk about what they do, and how they do it. Cocktail hour is from 5-7, featuring Will from Homestead Goodness, Olivia and Adam from Straylands Harvest, and Angie and Matt from Fox Hollow Farms. Cocktails an be obtained on a donation for drink basis, We ask a $20 for unlimited signature cocktails and cheese. Cocktails can also be acquired on an individual basis and people are welcome to bring wine or beer of their choice.

BEAVER MOON FARM TO TABLE DINNER

We will celebrate the Beaver moon with a bistro style menu featuring Beef Bourguignon. Chef Halston Connella will be joined by Chef Justin Richardson along with some of the rising stars of the Central Texas culinary world.

We will have vegetarian versions of all of the dishes, but you MUST LET US KNOW if you are a veggie so we can prepare in advance. We are asking a $30 donation for the dinner

We have some cabins available for a $60 cleaning fee if you wish to stay the night.
