On June 24th, from 4pm to midnight, Habitable Spaces will host its third annual Summer Film Festival at their farm in Kingsbury, Texas. This year the event features our current artist in residence, Cait Davis, and the stop-motion animation video she creates during her residency will be the cornerstone of the festival.  She will be joined by artists and animators Mike Estabrook, Margaret Tollbert, Asya Lukin and Kasey Mire and Michael Oliver.   Visitors will be given a map of the farm, and they are invited to explore the grounds.   There will be food vendors, and drinks available for purchase. Come on out to the farm, bring a tent and camp, explore the grounds, or loll about in a hammock in the main field while watching feature length art films.  Habitable Spaces is located at 3050 FM 1104, Kingsbury, TX, 78638.  Take exit 620 off of I-10, or turn down 1104 from Hwy 90.

This event is made possible through a grant from the Texas Commission on the Arts.
