GVEC grant!

GVEC grant!

Habitable Spaces is pleased to announce that we received a very generous grant from GVEC, through their Power Up grant program.  The grant will pay for the construction of a grow roof around our dining hall and classroom facility, as well as other building improvements.  Thank you GVEC!

We got our 501c3 status!

We got our 501c3 status!

Thank you so much Kristen Smith, and Texas accountants and Lawyers for the Arts, whom helped us draft our 501c3 application.  We just received the letter from the IRS saying that we have been granted non­profit status. Now let the fundraising begin!
